Morgan Creek Area in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board is situated in South Surrey close to White Rock and the US Border. Only 45 minutes to Vancouver and situated evenly between Vancouver International Airport and Abbotsford International Airport, both about 30 minutes drive.
The area of Morgan Creek began with the development of the word class Golf Course and Golf course homes. It gained status as an executive area to live with its large lot properties and golf community. The name "Morgan Creek" quickly defined the area.
Quickly the Area also included expansion to Rosemary Heights which makes up the westerly portion of the Morgan Creek Area. There continues to be development in the area with smaller portion of land now being developed. There is a full range of housing for all markets.
Apartments, Townhouses, small lot and large lot homes now occupy much of the area. There is a wide range of pricing available in the area. Shops and services continue to grow to supply the neighbourhood.
